For companies
Your event,
accompanied by Magic, Mind & More.
Almost every corporate event knows the same situation: before the programme proper, colleagues from different departments and clients stand side by side with a glass in their hand and do not know what to talk about. Mind magic fills exactly that stretch – and afterwards the room knows itself.

Colleagues from different departments, clients meeting for the first time: at the reception everyone stands there with a glass in their hand and does not quite know what to talk about.
Entertainment at the (standing) tables is made for that situation. I move from table to table, ten to fifteen minutes a round – and afterwards people who did not know each other an hour before have something in common to talk about.
For the programme itself I mainly offer a stand-alone stage show: 25 to 30 minutes in which all your guests focus together on one moment – ideal as the frame for a keynote, before the awards or to round off the evening, with a discreet reference to your company if you wish. Anyone who would rather have short table pieces between the items on the programme can have that instead – with no technical requirements at all, but in shorter, five-minute moments per table. Within the programme the two rule each other out: you choose one of the two forms. And for both: no doves, no top hats, no kitsch.
The reception with table-to-table entertainment and the stage block in the programme are two separate building blocks – each bookable on its own. You can choose just the reception, just the stage block – or both together, in my experience the most effective combination for a corporate event. A corporate event lives off networking – not off me. I am an addition, not the main programme: above all, your guests should have the chance to get talking to one another. So we decide together which form best suits your running order and when the right moment for it is – usually earlier in the evening, while everyone is still focused enough to join in.
What matters at a corporate event
The centrepiece: a stand-alone stage show
25 to 30 minutes for all your guests at once, split into two parts of 20 to 25 minutes if needed – which I recommend when the show is to stay a surprise for your guests and enough room for conversation matters to you. Alternatively one of my shows from the Magic, Mind & More series or an entirely bespoke full-length show can be booked (around 90 to 100 minutes). From experience I recommend in every case: tell your guests beforehand what you have planned – magic, and mind magic in particular, is not to everyone’s taste. For the stage show I need a clearly visible space of at least three by three metres (more is welcome), a headset microphone for me and a handheld microphone for the guests I work with, plus the means to play in additional audio sources and an undisturbed room to withdraw to before the performance and during breaks.
Whoever joins in is the hero of the evening
Everyone should enjoy the show – laughter and second thoughts are expressly welcome. Whoever joins in is the only one who gets to experience for themselves what seemed impossible; everyone else merely watches and has to believe what they saw. A one-off opportunity – entirely without wagers or jokes at the expense of colleagues or the management.
Made for the time before the programme
I move from (standing) table to (standing) table and entertain your guests for ten to fifteen minutes each with mind-magic experiments. It does not get any closer than this.
Breaks the ice between departments
Colleagues who otherwise never cross paths have something to talk about after being astonished together.
Fits your setting
Reception, gala dinner or trade-fair stand – the table entertainment works anywhere people stand together.
How it works
How an evening like this comes about
- Beforehand
We work out at which point in the running order there is still time missing for conversation – before the keynote, at the reception, between the items – and whether you would like a stage show or short table pieces for the programme.
- Reception
Entertainment at the (standing) tables, from group to group, while your guests are still finding their feet.
- In the programme
The stage block: 25 to 30 minutes as an item of its own or as the frame for a keynote – the centrepiece of the programme. Alternatively short table pieces between the items are possible, with no technical requirements at all.
What people said afterwards
“The gap between the reception and dinner was the part we dreaded most. It turned into the part our guests still talk about today.”

Wedding in the Remstal valley
“My father wanted no speeches and no surprises. He got both - and he never even noticed.”
C. B.
70th birthday, Ludwigsburg
“Three courses, and between each one something that simply cannot be. The evening had paid for itself before dessert arrived.”

Corporate event in Stuttgart and the surrounding region
I am regularly on the road in Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg, Esslingen, Waiblingen, Backnang and everywhere around. If your venue is not on the list, ask anyway – further afield is possible by arrangement.
Questions about corporate event bookings
Does it still work once people have had a drink?
Yes, as a rule it works even better – a relaxed audience often joins in more readily. Only if someone has clearly had too much do I deliberately pick a different person to work with.
Does it suit a specialist conference with international guests?
Yes – I also perform my shows in English, which works well for international groups. Just ask me about it.
Can my company logo or product be built in?
Within limits, yes – a reference to your product or your brand can be built in without it turning into advertising. We discuss beforehand what suits your programme.
Is this one of the shows from your website?
Not directly – for your event I devise a show of its own. Alternatively one of my stage shows from the Magic, Mind & More series can be booked, see “Shows”. We discuss together which suits you better.
Will someone from the management be made a fool of?
No. Nobody has to come forward who would rather not, and there is no punchline at a guest’s expense – anyone who joins in comes out looking better than before, not worse.
From how many guests upwards does it work?
There is no minimum size for the table entertainment. For the stage show I recommend around 20 to 30 guests upwards, so that it is not always the same people joining in – for smaller groups we adapt the show accordingly.
What do I need for the stage show – equipment, space?
A clearly visible space of at least three by three metres (more is welcome), a headset and a handheld microphone, the means to play in additional audio sources, and an undisturbed room to withdraw to before the performance and during breaks – we settle all the details together beforehand.
How does booking work – what is included in the price?
After our first conversation you receive a written confirmation by email with the date, the place, the show and the fee – which doubles as the booking confirmation. It covers the fee as well as travel costs and, where needed, accommodation – for me and, if an assistant is required, for them too. Once the date is three months away, a deposit of 50% falls due; the rest is payable after the performance. The exact terms are set out in my AGB (in German).
Corporate event
Does this suit your event?
Tell me the date, the place and roughly how many guests. Within a few working days you get a reply from me – with questions if need be, and if necessary we will find the right solution together.
